OK so it gets harder near the top is a phrase I like to keep in mind because think of getting over a hill, the incline gets way more steep and it gets way harder to get over the hill once you get near the top. Same thing in this life analogy. You need to work the hardest when it's the hardest because that means you're close to achieving your goal/getting to the next level.
