A friend of ours posed a question yesterday during our Live: does the list of loveable traits have to be about you?
I'll give you the short answer first: Yes!
The long answer is: Yeeeeeeeeeeeesssssss!
Now that we've gotten that out of the way...
We talk about the method I talked about yesterday in making a list of the traits about yourself that you like or love. As you do, you'll feel good about yourself because you're reinforcing your loving feelings towards yourself.
Or, if you're like I was with the alexithymia, you'll start having those feelings for the first time!
Michelle gets down to the nitty-gritty over the start of her own healing journey. She has come to a place where she can see herself separate from (but still very much a part of) her personality and can appreciate it for what it is.
