In the reading of these scriptures we not only look at our subject and say I understand how the Earth is finished and we can see how God is going to finish the Earth how he's going to return his second time and receive both His resurrected saints and those who are still alive. All the righteous He takes them to heaven, open the books and read from the books all the things that we have done throughout our time on Earth and judge men accordingly, even Satan, fallen angels and those sinners who did not make it into the kingdom of God.
And the scripture go on to explain how at the end of the thousand years God is going to come down and render judgement. Now just as we have a trial before judgment, so will heaven. We may have model our judicial system here on Earth after the Bible's justice system. God will announce to them their judgment and they will see why they did not make it into the kingdom of God in the same way we commit people here into prison or execution God will eliminate the sinners right along with Satan whom they have followed and been deceived by. They will be cast into the lake of fire. Then God will create a new heaven and earth. Revelation 21:1
