The more we disown all the actions necessary to be taken right now, we will feel more fearful and thus it leads to a insecure and fixed mindset life. Every time you feel these emotions which are considered to be low vibe emotions, mindfulness suggests you to embrace and accept these emotions first instead of denying everything you feel in that moment.
