Lesson 169: It Matters To You... Not To Them 

Have you set out to do something, gotten a group together, and end up frustrated because it feels like they are not as committed to the task as you are? Sucks right? Well, what you need to understand is this, people are almost more interested in their thing (whatever that thing might be) than your thing. It goes both ways too. The thing that is super important to you might not be as important to others and that's it.
