Many churches that are under the influence of witchcraft are hesitant to speak out against the new-age teachings, yoga practices, and purging influences that have incorporated its demonic strongholds into church worship. Snake worship and tithing in some charismatic churches are staples based on the denominationalism and leadership that hold the church captive.

Witchcraft in the church allows the believer to doubt God’s power and the Holy Spirit’s teachings of reverence, comfort, patience, and love for others, only to believe that through their will and desire, they have the ability to change and inflict change, both good and bad when they speak. This sensationalizes a person into believing that they are ultimately like God and thus creates a foothold in the minds and lives of the unknowingly practicing Christian witch.
