Episode 2.

Dan runs a community supported agriculture project near Redruth in Cornwall and started wondering what else he could do in his community to build food system resilience, and how he could help people to think more about where their food comes from. He decided it was time to start growing food right in the heart of the town’s high street and launched Incredible Edible Redruth.
