Does Chattanooga need to kickstart its festival scene with a new outdoor music venue?
A recent study released by Chattanooga Tourism Co. - conducted by the consulting firm CSL International - recommends a new outdoor amphitheater with 3,000 seats and standing room for another 3,000.
Earlier this month, I spoke with Barry White, president and CEO of Chattanooga Tourism Co. - ahead of next week’s Chattanooga Tourism Summit on Tuesday, October 8th at the Chattanooga Convention Center.
