People regularly tell me their confidence or self-esteem will increase once they lose weight, get a new job, get a boyfriend or girlfriend, finish school or college, pass their driving test, get fitter or win the lottery. Yet most of those things all involve getting your head right first. In this weeks episode I discuss the importance of taking time out for yourself.
In true Confidence and Self Esteem style; if you are looking to become more confident or have increased self esteem; you have to get slightly out of your comfort zone and challenge yourself and I'm no different when it comes to this.
