Charles R. Goddard serves as President, Development & Land Acquisition at Woodlock Developments, leading strategic real estate initiatives. With nearly 35 years of planning and development expertise, he brings deep institutional knowledge from senior roles at the City of Maple Ridge, where he directed planning and development operations. His career spans multiple British Columbia municipalities, including Port Coquitlam, Salmon Arm, and Surrey, where he shaped urban planning policy and managed complex development projects. Goddard's transition to private development reflects his comprehensive understanding of regulatory frameworks, land acquisition strategy, and project execution.
