With nearly 35 years of planning and development expertise, he brings deep institutional knowledge from senior roles at the City of Maple Ridge, where he directed planning and development operations. His career spans multiple British Columbia municipalities, including Port Coquitlam, Salmon Arm, and Surrey, where he shaped urban planning policy and managed complex development projects.
