How many times have you ignored your gut because it was easier? 

How many times do you know you're making the wrong decision but the alternative feels too hard?

Truth is, in order for us to make those hard decisions so that we can express ourselves MORE fully and expand in to the MORENESS of who we are, we need to let go of a LOT!.

Let go of beliefs, behaviours, people, jobs, locations, expectations, emotions.. you name it - we could all do with a spring clean.
