Now I get that to realize sometimes that you are going to go through painful times again and again is a harsh reality that we are all going to face.

But i really see it as a way to be prepared for a battle. Think of someone who is an Olympic athlete do you think that they prepare for that or do you think that they just show up and hope to win.

This is just as life is, the better prepared you are going to be the better change you will have to win, now I am saying that you aren't going to lose, not at all but your chances will be less and less the better prepared you are
