There will be days when reality tries to set in harder than usual and cause you to lose your faith but don't give up or go backwards. Those are the moments that measure your character. Those are tests. It's OK to sit down, stand still or take the one step you have energy to take. Just don't go backwards. You've come too far to give up now and any step in the right direction is a good step, no matter how small.
