This episode features mindset coach and former pro hockey player Sandy Cohan, whose experience overcoming self doubt now allows him to help others find their own self confidence. He works with CEO's and top athletes, helping them navigate obstacles and sharpen their abilities to focus in high pressure settings.

On the Your Thoughts at Work podcast, host Sarah Climenhaga uses a process called self-inquiry on this podcast to help guests gently examine stressful thoughts. In this episode Sandy explores the thought "It might not work out", a stress that's arisen in his own life. He shares the impact of the thought in his own life, and his insight that, it will work out, no matter what life throws at us, is a wonderful reminder to everyone who experiences adversity.

The questions I use on this podcast are based on a technique called The Work of Byron Katie. Find out more at thework.com.
