I HATE it so much when people say no design required. I believe that this is absolute crap and completely misleading. You still have to have an idea.
You still have to have a color palette even if it is a color palette of sorts.
Unless your website is going to look like Craigs List you have to have an idea.
Do I want an arrow that points?
Do I want a box as a button or do I want my button to be round?
Do I want it to be green, blue yellow or?
