In this episode, I am going to share a wonderful tool called TextExpander. A text expander can convert a shortcode into a substantive piece of text.
The average person types 36 words per minute. A typical email message has 75-100 words. If you have to type the same message repeatedly, you will spend two to three minutes on each message.
With a text expander, you can reduce this to only one word or code. You will have saved yourself two to three minutes for each message. For ten messages, you have already saved yourself 20-30 minutes.
