Today our episode conversation was sparked by the Intercontinental Terminal Company plant fires in Houston. Reading articles led us to a quote from a Houston attorney by the name of Mo Aziz. Mo was kind enough to take time out of his day to be a part of our podcast.
His experience plant fires and explosions is recent and varied. He was involved in litigation in the West Fertilizer Plant Explosion from 2014-2017. Mo is also involved in Arkema litigation that is current and ongoing.
We had the pleasure of discussing plant safety and policies in regard to West, Arkema, ITC and in general with Mo. Listen in as we get an attorney’s perspective on how quality matters.
