Homer finally has enough of Bart's shenanigans and forbids Bart from seeing the event of the century, The Itchy and Scratchy Movie. Eventually even Marge and Lisa beg Homer to let Bart watch the movie months after its initial release but Homer refuses to cave for once in his life.
