Two in a row! And not nearly as late as usual! Like an out of control freight train in a late 90s action film, the Album of the Month series continues its perilous journey, this time picking Ithaca and their debut full-length The Language of Injury -- our Album of the Month selection for February 2019!

It's a full crew as Chris, Hera, Dan, Jon, Vincent and New Guy Charles dive into the brutal and beautiful hardcore of UK-based Ithaca's debut full length, out February 1st through Holt Roar Records. We celebrate Hera's birthday, put Charles through our ritualistic hazing, and talk a lot about the expectations of a hardcore album and how over the course of 30 minutes Ithaca subverts them. Technical difficulties are surmounted, and we dive into what else ticked our collective fancies in February.
