We tell our apprentices that they’re coming here to become professional writers. I mean that’s true and we really do that, but it’s not what’s most important to me.

The most important thing to me is to see their lives change and to see them radically on fire for Jesus and filled with the Holy Spirit.

We’re not just raising up keyboard warriors. We’re raising up disciples of Jesus who can do the work of the gospel. And who can do it without having a panic attack.

The work that we’re doing at The Company is changing lives. It changes our apprentices (dramatically). It brings the gospel to places it wasn’t reach before. And we also provide support and resources for the greater community of Christian writers. It’s a win-win-win.
