How can a person influence their jaw bone to expand to its ideal design structure to allow for a beautifully aligned row of teeth? What causes the jaw to stop short in its development to cause a crowding of the teeth, resulting in them being crooked and over-lapping?

Some people in the Peat community would argue that the “cons” of eating potatoes outweigh any benefits…does Atom think baking them properly to dextrinize the starches and adding butter can cancel out the “cons” sufficiently to safely eat potatoes several times a week?

Is there some reason that mosquitoes attack me seemingly more frequently and viciously than people around me. And when the mosquito bites, especially during the rainy season here in Thailand, the bites often grow into upraised welts that can itch and sting for a week or more.

Is there a remedy to stop the biting and/or to stop the itch? I refuse to use neurotoxic DEET. Do essential oils actually help?
