Siden Voldgiftsinstituttet sammen med mange andre organisationer, advokatfirmaer, enkeltpersoner osv. underskrev The Equal Representation in Arbitration Pledge, har det været en topprioritet for instituttet at fremme kønsdiversitet i voldgift. For at understrege vigtigheden af at få flere kvinder ind på scenen i voldgift, har vi blandt andet udgivet en række podcasts med interviews med danske og internationale kvindelige profiler indenfor voldgift. De har generøst delt ud af deres bedste karriereråd til de kvinder, som gerne vil skabe deres egen platform indenfor voldgift. Podcasten er støttet af Dreyers Fond.
