G. Long and Deb are finally back after a much needed upgrade to the Long in the Boot Compound. This week, we tackle mental health care of the past, present and future. Face it, after gathering with the extended family for Thanksgiving, many people need a few mental health days to recover, and Long in the Boot is here to provide a soothing cure for what ails you.
