US Army Veteran, Sgt. 1st Class (Ret.) Michael W. Tiggett recounts his experience at the Armed Forces Retirement Home in Gulfport, MS which he describes as blatant violations of his civil rights by federal employees and the family of Dexter Wade was denied the opportunity to attend the exhumation of his body after they were not notified for months of his death at the hands of an off duty police officer.
