Well I do suggest you listen to this show because she will straight up tell you!

Not only will she tell you that it's toxic? But she will tell you why you had better do your damn homework and research before taking it.

My opinion?

I absolutely believe she's correct. Research it before you ingest it. Even if it comes with a nice chocolate covered donut or crisp clean $100 bill!
