We initially didn't put anything out on the ROAD rules and the other announced stuff because there's too much we don't know. Turns out that didn't stop anyone else. Anyways, if you want a TL;DR it's if anyone is telling you they know what the meta impacts are going to be for changes like this, especially before we even know the details, they're either lying or stupid.
