It’s no secret that I could talk about International travel all day and/or International food! So it was such a pleasure to chat with Katerina about her life that may or may not resemble “My Big Fat Greek Wedding.” She and her husband opened Taverna Opa, Tapa Toro and have a new Mexican concept in the works!
