it's all part of the plan - episode 35

Listen Later

Hey there, listener! It's been a while since I've posted an episode, but I'm back with a new one about strategic planning and implementation at my undergraduate alma mater. I dive into my experience as a member of the Strategic Planning Committee, the implications of the college's choices in committee member selection and publication of the plan, and the ways in which I think the college can shift its decisions regarding the creation of the plan and how it is shared with the greater college community. Thanks for listening✨
