As the seasons change most people suffer from allergies once this happens. Do we wait until the season is upon us to medicate ourselves or do we medicate ourselves throughout the year so when the seasons change our bodies are prepared. Much like how we should approach our academics. We cannot wait until the last minute to reach goals that take a steady approach.
