Patrick grew up in the Dallas/Fort Worth area singing and writing songs, and his recording aspirations go back to childhood. After years of experimenting with his sound, he put out his first “Patrick Boothe” record in 2003. From Patrick: "My music writing had always had tinges of my experiences with depression and anxiety, but the new music I’m putting out under “Pathetick” goes even deeper to to document a mental health struggle that I have usually only tried to hint at in more subtle and less dramatic lyrics. "
