You probably have heard of the Phoenix Pay system that the government introduced in order to pay all the government employees.  Now the government is walking away from the system in order to find a new solution after the Phoenix system hasn’t worked out. This after already sinking $1Billion into the Phoenix system.  Should the government be walking away after spending so much?
