* Leaves change colors = people start showing you their TRUE colors

* Leaves fall off the tree = people and things in life may fall off or situations may fall apart.

* Weather and it’s colder.it may get a lil cold and windy especially if you alone, u know how that always ends. stand up sis. lol . there will be some rainy days some days you may have to cry it out. Let it flow. it’s good for the soul.

* seasonal depression is real. do what you have to do to get through this. with the time change it’s darker earlier days are longer it’s easy to fall into that depression mode and routine. just know it’s ok to not be ok.

* grief during holidays. sending love and hugs. surround yourself with people who celebrate you and truly love you. let the joy of them fill u up and fill your heart.
