“It’s Hammer Time,” the popular Facebook Live and YouTube show at MCP.TV, will host Precinct 3 Montgomery County Commissioner James Noack at 12 noon today. The theme of the first half of the show is “An Update of Precinct 3.”
The guest during the second half of the show will be Montgomery County Republican Party’s elected Treasurer John Hill Wertz. Wertz will talk about “What’s Up With the Montgomery County Republican Party’s Finances?” Even democrats are welcome to watch the show.
Noack grew up in the Spring area, graduated from Texas A&M University with a B.B.A. in 1994, and has worked in various roles in the financial industry for 17 years. Noack and his wife, Lori, the First Lady of Precinct 3, are raising their sons in The Woodlands. In actuality, they’ve done a superb job with their sons. Their oldest son just graduated from The Woodlands High School and will follow his dad’s footsteps to Texas A&M in the fall. Their youngest son is already a brilliant political philosopher and wise political advisor to his father.
Commissioner Noack actively engages the constituents of Precinct 3 through his Commissioner’s Advisory Council, high visibility in the community, and open door policy. Noack brings a philosophy of fiscal responsibility and hard work to his job as a Commissioner.

He graduated from Bolton High School and then attend Louisiana State University where he receive a Bachelors in Business Administration. Wertz was an oil and gas executive before he retired.
Montgomery County Republican Precinct Chairs elected Wertz as the Montgomery County Republican Party’s Treasurer on June 26, 2018. He is an active member of the Montgomery County Tea Party, where he serves as Vetting Committee Chairman, and is a Republican Precinct Chairman in Alden Bridge in The Woodlands.

The show will air from 12 noon to 1 p.m. today, Friday, July 26, and will continue with encore presentations throughout the weekend.
