“It’s Hammer Time,” the popular Facebook Live and YouTube show at MCPLive.TV, will host a May 22, 2020, 12 noon, show in which the guest will be Billy Graff, a member of the Citizens Budget Committee, Marine, ordained minister, and expert in the operation and management of large organizations. Graff will discuss the Montgomery County government budget and County government spending in light of the COVID-19 government-mandated economic shutdowns. The talented Reagan Reed, Vice Chairman of the Montgomery County Republican Party, will continue to host the show.
