Stop doing the same thing over and over again while expecting a different result!  We have duplicatable techniques - but not cloned people!   We each have our own unique DNA, unique fingerprints, a unique personality, a unique set of circumstances AND a unique soul print!  With that in mind, it's insane to attempt to force each one into the same mold!
