A recent poll of the brokers, traders and advisors on Wall Street indicates that a clear majority of them feel that this is Jay's Market. Now Jay, of course, is Jerome “Jay” Powell, Chairman of the Federal Reserve. And it has been the role of the Central Bank to support this economy, and more particularly the financial markets, throughout this financial crisis.
