Mike Sharp with Sharp Insurance Agency is just fun.  It was a pleasure to sit down with Mike to discuss the progress of his scratch agency.  Mike has seen huge growth from a written insurance business standpoint and an agency growth standpoint.   We discussed some of the challenges of starting a scratch agency, the wins that he has had, the difficulties in the beginning and why he wanted to start an independent insurance agency.
