In this episode, I discuss how I use the time during a coaching kick-off to meet with a teacher to plan, strategize, and develop a focused instructional goal; a goal which ultimately  produces high impact  learning for students. More specifically, I lay out the ground work of a coaching kick-off which begins the work of a coaching cycle.
