While every day is mental health day around here, I wanted to dedicate a special episode to Mental Health Awareness Month.
Our mental health matters, our stories matter, and you matter in this world.
We dive into why this month matters. DISCLAIMER: We do touch on suicide throughout this episode because studies show it's on the rise.
In 2022, the CDC said more than 49,000 people in the United States died by suicide. And last year, those numbers rose above 50 thousand.
We may not be able to save everyone on this earth, but together, we can make a difference.
