However, you could argue that the things we don’t see coming can end up being the best things to ever happen to us. I don’t think Michael Oher and The Tuohy Family ever expected to cross paths, but 2009’s The Blind Side shows how it all came to be. Is this biographical drama an accurate portrayal or could it have done a better job telling Michael’s unbelievable journey?

It’s a tough task to follow when you’ve got little ones, but this family finds a way to make it work… for the most part. There are so many powerful emotions and life lessons within this animation. I guess that’s exactly why The Wild Robot was nominated for an Oscar. This book to film adaptation seems to be original, but we can’t help but wonder if it’s just a copy cat of prior robot movies? Get the popcorn (and the tissues) ready and let us know what you think!

It’s hard to hide the joy for this movie night pick, but don’t worry. We still found some negatives to point out for ya’ll. 

However, it’s everything you ever want… It's everything you ever need and it's here right in front of you. This is where you wanna be.
