It's my turn Fear!! 

In this episode we will learn to bring exposure to the things that hold us in captivity. We would learn to face and overcome those things which causes us to freeze in fear! What has fear convinced you of? What things has fear taught you to believe? We will learn to recognize cycles, mindsets, thinking patterns, and other ways that we allow the things which we don't understand to rule and control our lives. It's my turn fear! Will help bring you into a different state of clarity and face those things which we tend to hide from!
