It's never okay to steal.

One morning, I was feeling down. I don’t know why, I was just really grumpy. It’s not like anything happened to me in the night or anything happened the day before. When I was walking down the hall to my parents’ room to say good morning, I saw a shiny good watch on my dad’s nightstand. It was so shiny, my eyes were getting irritated. I kept looking at it, and the more I looked, the shinier it seemed. It was so bright and pretty. I wanted to just grab it. So I walked towards it and reached my hands out. I touched it. It felt so cold. I wanted that ice on my wrist so badly. So I took it.

That day, my dad was looking everywhere for the rolex. Turns out it cost like 5k. Does it matter? At least I had the watch, and that’s all that was important to me. It was in my pocket and it felt super good. Just so that my dad wouldn’t sus me out, I started looking for it with him. I looked everywhere, and it was tiring. But it didn’t matter. I had to keep that watch. Suddenly, dad gave up looking for it, and he was very sad. For a second I felt bad foOr him, but then I looked into my pocket and saw the shiny gold ice. Then I didn’t feel guilty anymore.

I went into my room and took the watch out of my pocket, and adjusted it so it fit on my wrist. It felt super good on my wrist. Apparently, my dad was walking up the stairs to my room to tell me to come with him to go get another watch. While my wrist was up, and I was admiring the watch, my dad walked in.
