Many leaders time the time to really think about and reflect on decision-making. I also think formal leaders spend a lot of time thinking about resources and strategic initiatives and deadlines.

I don't think as many formal leaders set aside time to consider how the way they communicate intersects with leadership and power.

Power can exist without leadership, but leadership cannot exist without power.

On this episode of The Communicative Leader, we're going to consider power as influence and what are "go-to" communication strategies convey to our team.

But we didn't forget about our informal leaders! In this episode, we make specific suggestions for how followers can embrace and step into their position power too.
