After some contemplation and reflection...

I have made the decision to hit pause on The Soul Power Podcast and a few other things in my life, just for a little while!

There are a few things going on for me personally at the moment and I had to make a decision about where to spend my time, energy and focus...

A big part of this decision to hit pause is also about having the time and space to zoom out...

To bring everything back to the foundational basics...

Creating content for my programs and for you and my clients!

And delivering the most world-class programs humanly possible!

To me this decision is about taking time to create even more space for expansion...

This will allow me to lean even further into my personal power, to make even more of an impact and serve at the highest level!
