It’s not grandiose or sexy - but it sure is effective!
I’m the kind of person who dreams and plans in grand fashion. For years, I operated under a notion that big ideas require even bigger action plans - and that small actions are insignificant and a waste of time. And predictably, my workload became unsustainable and I would stall in overwhelm.
