Schiff has claimed California residency for decades, yet his true permanent residence is in the D.C. swamp — literally. His Maryland mansion, tax records, and lifestyle make it crystal clear: he's not a California resident. That makes him ineligible for office in that State. Schiff shouldn’t just be called out, he should be disqualified from running again, stripped of his Senate seat, and criminally charged.

Because he clearly lives in Maryland permanently, his votes in California elections, including his own Senate race, are illegitimate. This is the textbook definition of election fraud.

If any Republican pulled this stunt — living in one state, voting in another — they'd already be in handcuffs.
