We are in a Constitutional crisis. We have an administration that is actively and intentionally ignoring court orders. And as Maggie points out, courts do have jurisdiction over the president. That is a fact. Plus, Jason Stein from Wisconsin Policy Forum joins Maggie to discuss the state budget. Jason points out that the legislature is losing control of local school funding so it's being passed on through referendums and your property taxes. Governor Evers has proposed school funding to help alleviate that pinch. Ultimately, Jason believes schools will not see enough from state funding and will still look to referendums and property taxes. Jason also says the federal cuts could trickle down to the state.
