🎙️ NEW PODCAST: It’s Okay Not to Be Okay
As Christians, many of us have been taught—intentionally or not—that admitting we’re struggling somehow means we have weak faith. So we smile, say “I’m fine,” and carry burdens that God never intended us to carry alone.
But the Bible tells a different story.
David poured out his fears in the Psalms. Elijah wanted to give up. Job questioned God. Jeremiah cursed the day he was born. Moses doubted himself. Paul admitted his fears. Even Jesus, in the Garden of Gethsemane, was overwhelmed with sorrow.
Faith isn’t pretending everything is okay.
Faith is bringing your pain, questions, fears, and tears to the One who can carry them.
In this episode, we’ll discuss:
• Why it’s okay to admit you’re struggling.
• The difference between complaining and crying out to God.
• How fellow believers are called to encourage and strengthen one another.
• Why asking for help is a sign of wisdom—not weakness.
• The authority we have in Christ to stand against the enemy.
Remember this:

📖 David cried out to God in fear — Psalm 56:1-3

📖 Cast all your anxiety on Him — 1 Peter 5:7
📖 Christ gives us strength — Philippians 4:13
📖 Resist the devil, and he will flee — James 4:7
“It’s okay to admit you’re struggling; it’s not okay to struggle alone.”
Don’t tell God how big your problem is—tell your problem how big your God is.
