It's ok not to be ok: Listen when you are struggling

This episode was the most raw I have been whilst recording and the most difficult episode for me to release. I talk from a place of pain and just feeling exhausted from holding everything together and picking myself up from low places again and again. I was not sure whether to share this, however from the beginning Mindful and More has been about sharing my honest, transparent experience with my mental health. I hope this episode helps other people who are currently feeling a similar way to me to feel understood. Remember pain is temporary and the best moments of your life are yet to come. To take a step back does not mean you are failing and to feel tired does not make you weak.
