This week, Melanie sets the scene at the Cheesecake Factory. There she is, sitting across from someone she didn't think she would be saying goodbye to. Tears roll down her face; she knows why she must say goodbye. The two couldn't get on the same page about what they wanted in an ENM relationship. The idea of leaving her partner breaks her heart, but breaking up is OK. Sometimes, what we don't expect is the most liberating of all. 

In this episode, Melanie chats about fears and boundaries and how they play an essential role in a relationship. She also tells the story about how meditation and mindfulness prevented some drastic behavior.
